Clothing coloring is not bad, but you need to do more shades on fleshes and hairs.

Pay some attentions on controlling the brush size so that you can create even line work. And just beware the pose of the green-hair girl: It should be quite painful for her to do hand pose.

Other than these, you are slowly getting there. Add oil.
